The automatic renewal of wire-rope device in multi-rope friction drive hoist

With the increase of the yield of mines, the multi-rope friction drive hoist has been extensively applied to mines. Since many wire ropes are used and not rolled in rolls, renewal of them cost too much time and not easy. This article introduces the automatic renewal of wire-rope device in multi-rope friction drive hoist which can alternate wire rope of multi-rope friction drive hoist rapidly. Though it has been designed for the multi-rope friction drive hoist with 5 wire ropes, the automatic renewal of wire-rope device in multi-rope friction drive hoist can be used in other multi-rope friction drive hoist with some improvement.
