The Piecewise-Linear Fractional Programming Problem on Network and an Efficient Algrithm

To obtain an efficient algorithms for piecewise linear programming on network,based on the simplex algorithms for linear programming and the iterative method about improving spanning trees,in this paper,we build a model about the piecewise-linear fractional program problem on network and present a definition about the basic feasible solution to the problem.We give the proof about the optimality criterion and describe an efficient algorithm for piecewise linear fractional programs on the network.
