In order to analyze the effect of concentration of peracetic acid, amount of acetic and different amount of stabilizer on stability of product when peracetic acid is being produced, experiments are made on different producing formula and store stability of peracetic acid with stabilizer stored in the natural environment. The results show that when the rate of hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid is 1:2, the higher concentration of hydrogen peroxide is, the higher producing rate of peracetic acid is; the higher concentration of peracetic acid, the worse of its storing stability; 1g/L 8-hydroxyquinoline or 0.1%phosphoric acid can increase stability of peracetic acid.
