Automation steelmaking technology for 150t converter in Anyang Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.

Lance and model steelmaking control technology were applied to 150 t converter in The Second Steelmaking Rolling Plant of Anyang Iron Steel Group Co.,Ltd.Composition content and temperature information of liquid steel can be collected in continuous blowing process,and automatic control steelmaking of converter was achieved.Control system of converter steelmaking,functions of SDM and communication system of computer are introduced.Practical application results of model steelmaking control technology show that equipment failure was reduced greatly,liquid steel percentage hitting was improved,artificial intervention in steelmaking process was reduced,and smelting time was shortened,so that automation steelmaking was realized.
