Research Progress on the Medicinal Components in Lentinus edodes and Its Antitumor Effect

Lentinus edodes is one of the famous edible fungi in the world.It contains many kinds of useful components for human body.The anti-tumor immune regulation mechanism and the clinical applications of polysaccharide from L.edodes were introduced in detail.And the other components of L.edodes such as watersoluble extracellular polysaccharide of L.edodes,fermentation liquid of L.edodes,protein of L.edodes,water extract from L.edodes,purin and nucleic acid of L.edodes and so on were analyzed.
