Determination of Oleanolic Acid in Different Jujube Varieties

The contents of oleanolic acid in 53 kinds of jujube were analyzed by HPLC.The results showed that the average content of oleanolic acid was 136.76 mg/kg.The content of oleanolic acid in Junzao,388.20 mg/kg was the highest.40.74% of the tested jujube contained 255～383 mg/kg oleanolic acid,and 33.93% contained 255～383 mg/kg oleanolic acid.
