摘要
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of eucalyptol.Methods:The separation was performed on a Dikma Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(64∶36)at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detective wavelength was set at 203 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.Results:The calibration curve was linear in the range of 4.72-47.2 μg(r=0.9996).The average recovery was 99.3% with RSD of 0.86%.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid,accurate and with good repeatability and recovery,and can be used as a quantitative analysis method for eucalyptol in herbal volatile oil.
