The study on scheduling and control technology for workshop with various NC machine tools

Aiming at the machining characteristic of NC workshop,and combining the production characters of a auto accessory company,a practical method of task Scheduling and Control is put forward in this paper.The method distributes tasks to each NC tools by adopting equipment scheduling twice strategy and OPT(Optimized Production Technology) arithmetic,simultaneously forecasts whether the tasks can be achieved on schedule based on the state of equipment and machining technics,and put forward a reasonable external cooperation scheme.
