Repair of skull defect with autologous skull flap

Objective To discuss the application of autologous skull flap i n the repair of skull defect. Methods The bone flap in decompressive crani otomy was embedded subcutaneously and 3 months later replaced in the original si te. Results The effect of repairing skull defect is good without rejection and biological reaction. Conclusion Autologous skull flap is reliable and economical material in repairing skull defect without any rejection reaction.
