Objective Discuss laparoscopic uterine fibroids excluding secondary abdominal postoperative parasitic leiomyoma case. Method a retrospective study, summarize 1 case operation process. Results The operations were successful, removed the mass pathology in leiomyoma. Conclusion Laparoscopic uterine flesh tumour removed is strong technical new treatments, laparoscopic uterine fibroids eliminate postoperative parasitic leiomyoma, is relatively rare. Therefore, to have a history of laparoscopy myoma eliminating should regularly review, and should pay attention to outside the uterus, abdominal cavity, if discover the abdominal cavity or solid neoplasm, should be alert to the possibility of secondary parasitic myoma.
