Recent research on preparation of two-dimensional zinc sulfides

Zinc sulfide,an important wide band-gap semiconductor,has attracted much attention owing to its wide applications.However,the recent review on the preparation of two-dimensional zinc sulfide is relatively rare.The preparation methods of two-dimensional zinc sulfide materials are presented in this paper.The prospect of the preparation of two dimensional zinc sulfides is also discussed.
