Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight

Six aromatic compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether abstract of Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight.They were identified as 1-(2,4-dihy-droxph-enyl)ethanone(1),acetylquinol(2),1-(4-hydroxyphenyl) ethanone(3),1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) ethanone(4),1-(2,4-dihydroxy-5-methoxyphenyl) ethanone(5),3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-benzoic acid(6).Compounds 1,3-6 are isolated from the plant for the first time.
