摘要
Based on lithium-riched manganese based material and artificial graphite as positive and negative active material,respectively,power Li-ion battery for electric vehicle was developed by optimizing parameters such as formation process,charge-discharge end voltage,capacity ratio of negative /positive( N /P) and electrolyte additive. When the N /P was 1. 37,using fluorethylene carbonate( FEC) system electrolyte and adding 1% of cathode,anode film forming additive,HF acid capture additive,through 4. 6 V high voltage activation,when charged-discharged in 2. 00 ~ 4. 35 V with 0. 5 C,the specific discharge capacity of battery with lithiumriched manganese based material was 179. 8 mAh /g,the Coulombic efficiency in initial cycle was 87%,the specific energy was187 Wh /kg,the capacity retention ratio was 80% when cycled 800 times at room temperature.
