Microstructures and properties of 5083-H111 aluminum alloy welded joints of no repair welding and first time to forth time repair welding by MIG welding were studied respectively through tensile tests, bending tests, hardness tests and Microstructures analysis in this paper. The results showed that during the tensile test, all the specimens were broken at the welded zone, the tensile strength remains with the increase of the number of repair welding and welding processes are all satisfied the standard. The no repair welding and the first time to forth time repair welding had better bending performance. The hardness in each zone of the welding joints changed little during the no repair welding and first time to forth time repair welding with no significant softening phenomenon. Microstructure in each zone of all the welded joints changed little before and after repair welding.
