The novel non-toxic bismuth vanadate pigment can be the effective substitute for yellow toxic inorganic pigments.The structures,performances,applications,preparation technology and post-treatment techniques of bismuth vanadate yellow pigments are described,and the necessity for China to carry out research on bismuth vanadate pigments is pointed out.
