Analysis of causes of accidental injury of 197 children

Objective To study the causes leading to accidental injury of children different from adult.Methods A retrospective analysis were made for 197 cases of accidental injury of children treated in emergency department of our hospital from march 1998 to october 2000.Results Artificial cause plays an important part in the onset of accidental injury.Conclusion Prevention is the first important.Family,society and school must work together to prevent the accidental injury of children.
