Study on the Extracting conditions of Proanthocyanidins from Grape Seeds

Proanthocyanidin was extracted from grape seed by ethanol.The influence of extracting temperature,time,the concentration of ethanol and the solid-liquid ratio were reviewed.The result was optimized by orthogonal test.The optimum conditions of extraction were as follows:the concentration of ethanol is 70 %,the extracting temperature 50℃,the extracting time 80 min,the solid-liquid ratio 6:1.
