摘要
Abstract 5 V class LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O 4 positive electrode particles were coated with amorphous Li 3 PO 4 thin films by the pulsed laser deposition method. The coating significantly decreased electrode–electrolyte interfacial resistances in all-solid-state cells using Li 2 S–P 2 S 5 sulfide electrolytes. The cell using Li 3 PO 4 -coated LiNi 0.5 Mn 1.5 O 4 successfully operated as a rechargeable battery and showed the reversible capacity of 62 mAh g − 1 at high voltage of 4.7 V vs. Li.
