摘要
With the development of aerospace technology, the demand for precision, stability, security, and reliability of spacecraft with high-precision (e.g. remote sensing satellites, space telescopes, and large deployable antennas) is increasing. Micro-vibration has become an important factor affecting the performance of high-precision spacecraft. In this paper, micro-vibration modeling, suppression, and measurement for spacecraft with high-precision are reviewed. The shortcomings of the above aspects are introduced through engineering cases. The development directions of the micro-vibration technology for spacecraft are analyzed and summarized.
