An amino-functionalized lanthanide-organic framework for ratiometric detection of ONOO−

We develop a Ln-MOF for ratiometric detection of a DILI biomarker, which shows low detection limit, rapid response, and high selectivity for ONOO − , but also accurately detects ONOO − levels in serum from DILI mice and clinical liver injury patients.
