Constructing Zero-Valent Nanotwinned Copper for the Ignition of [BMIM]N(CN)2-H2O2 Green Propellant

Twin boundaries modulate the electronic microenvironment of T -Cu and catalyze H 2 O 2 to yield highly reactive radicals ˙OH and ˙OOH, which trigger the rapid self-ignition of [BMIM]N(CN) 2 with a short t id of 25 ms.
