摘要
Our findings demonstrate the successful application of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the management of early glottic carcinoma. This innovative technique offers several potential advantages, including reduced intraoperative bleeding, shorter surgical duration, and hospital stay. Additionally, it promotes enhanced postoperative voice restoration and mucosal healing, while minimizing the occurrence of postoperative complications. These compelling results support the wider adoption of LTPRFA as an effective therapeutic approach for early glottic carcinoma.
