This paper introduced the relative merits and open questions of common methods of pile foundation static load test. And a revolutionizing foundation testing technology ,Statnamic has been introduced in the paper. The Satanamic load test has been developed to meet the construction industrys demand for an accurate and cost-effective method of determing the load bearing capacity of high capacity piles.
