In this article, the effect of different Zn2+ concentration on the mycelia growth of Pleurotus ostreatus was studied during the process of enriching and transforming Zn2+ to the mycelia cultivated in liquid media. The results demonstrated 10(50ppm Zn2+could accelerate the growth of mycelia and the activity of peroxydase was higher than the control group. Most obvious effect was found in the group of 20ppm Zn2+. The growth of mycelia was inhibited by the concentration of over 100ppm Zn2+ ,and in those group, the activity of peroxydase was much lower than the control.
