The Adjustment of Administrative Relationships in China after WTO

Administrative relationship means the sum of all kinds of relationship forming in course of government enforcing administration. It includes internal and external orientations that involve various relations such as between the central and the local authorities, one local authority and another, government and enterprises, government and market, government and society. After WTO, Chinese government should comply with WTO rules and shoulder duties accordingly. At present, as for the administrative relationships in China, there are many rules contravening WTO regulations. Facing the completely new requirements and huge pressures from WTO, China should, starting from both internal and external aspects, speed up the adjustment of administrative relationships to adapt to WTO laws and to push the development of economy in China.
