Design and Test Study of New High Efficiency Centrifugal Separator for Gas-liquid Separation

Aiming at the improvement on the structural of the ordinary centrifugal separator,a new centrifugal separator for gas-liquid separation was developed.The experiment showed that the problem of gas-liquid inclusions which often appeared in gas-liquid separation at determinate pressure could be solved by this kind of separator.The fluxion field of gas-liquid flow inside the centrifugal separator for gas-liquid separation was improved.The conclusions was gained that the separator had a high separating efficiency up to 90% about 3-8liquid component in mixture of gas-liquid.
