The factors affecting the efficiency of copper electrolysis with ion-exchange membrane were studied,including the current density,interelectrode distance,initial H_2SO_4 concentration in anode chamber,electrolyzing temperature and degree of decoppering.The optimum technical conditions for electrolysis decoppering by ion-exchange membrane were established,such as interelectrode distance of 20 mm,H_2SO_4 concentration in anode chamber of 10 g/L,electrolyzing temperature of 45 ℃ and high current density(220 A/m~2) for electrolysis when Cu concentration is higher than 5 g/L,while low current density(160 A/m~2) for electrolysis when Cu concentration is under 5 g/L.
