Objective To compare the number of bone marrow megakaryocyte and plateletet-associated Ig in immune thrombocytopenia and non ITP patients. To discuss the diagnostic significance of the number of megakaryocyte and plateletetassociated Ig in immune thrombocytopenia and non ITP patients. Methods Observe bone marrow megakaryocyte counts and plateletet-associated antibody in 132 cases with immune thrombocytopenia and 48 cases with non ITP.And datas were analyzed. Results 35 cases's megakaryocyte number was normal,78 cases's megakaryocyte number was increased of 132 cases with ITP.Plateletet-associated Ig of 58 cases was positive in 77 cases with ITP.Conclusion As the formation of plateletet-associated Ig result in megakaryocyte maturation disorders of patients with ITP.Bone marrow megakaryocyte counts in the diagnosis of immune thrombocytopenia is a necessary examination.
