TCD Diagnosis of Migraine

Objecive To study the change of TCD and the diagnostic way in acute migraine. Methods Blood vessel of 79 migraine patient cranial cavity was detected by TCD at the dose of 2 MHz pw through teporal bone and occipilal bone, and the result of typical migraine was compared with that of atypical migraine. Results It showed blood flowing was quickener significantly in migraine patient than that in the control group (X2 = 8. 90, P0. 01) , the abnormity rate of TCD was 90 percent in typical migraine,52 percent in atypical migraine, and changed significantly. (X2 = 10. 80, P0. 01). Conclusion The way of TCD is safe, simple and stable.
