摘要
The longan polysaccharide structure and physical and chemical characteristic has been in-depth study in this paper. Used to warter extraction, enzymetic combination Sevag law delinking protein, ethanol precipitateing to obtain the polysaccharide, the polysaccharide was further purified with DEAE-32 column chromatography and Sephadex G-50 column chromatography respectively until the single peak was got,and named as LP. The result by IR analysis indicates the LP has the polysaccharide characteristie absorption peak. LP was analysis by means of TLC and PC respectively , and found longan polysaccharide LP composed by rhamnose, glucose, galactose, with a moore ratio rhamnose: glucose : galactose (31:46:23). The study for its biological activity showed that it could eliminate free radicals,such as ·OH and, O-2·. but is not obvious to O-2· eliminating action, to·OH when the polysaccharide density is bigger than 100 μg/mL elimination ability and the density have the certain quantity effect relations.
