Fixed Charge Density ( Q ss ) at the Si ‐ SiO2 Interface for Thin Oxides

Results on fixed charge density at interface for thin (<500Å) oxides are presented. It is shown that the values are higher compared to thick oxides. Additional experimental results on the dependence of on oxide thickness and post annealing time in ambient are included.
