Modified Godard Algorithm Applied on a Fractional Oversampled Signal to Correct CD, Polarization, and CFO

Blind CD, polarization, and CFO correction in the frequency domain using the modified Godard algorithm is shown. The algorithm operates before clock recovery on a signal with < 2 oversampling and is modulation format independent.
