Evaluating the Impact of Changes in Artificial Intelligence–derived Case Scores over Time on Digital Breast Tomosynthesis Screening Outcomes

In a large digital breast tomosynthesis screening cohort with artificial intelligence–derived case-level scores, there were larger increases in mean case score change over sequential screenings for true-positive examinations compared with true-negative and false-positive examinations.
