摘要
Promoting the deep electrification transformation of China's passenger vehicle market is crucial for achieving the "peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality" and the nation's energy transition. A scientific evaluation of the comprehensive competitiveness of new energy vehicles contributes to scientifically guiding the development of new energy vehicles, thereby enhancing their market competitiveness and the electrification rate of the market. From a consumer perspective, factors influencing the electrification rate of the passenger vehicle market include acquisition affordability, the usage affordability and the convenience of replenishment. This paper constructs competitiveness indicators for passenger vehicles and combines a comprehensive evaluation method to quantitatively assess the overall competitiveness of new energy vehicles, and proposes prioritizing cost control of new energy vehicle products, enhancing purchase subsidies, and developing rapid charging technologies to boost the development momentum of new energy passenger vehicles in China and promote comprehensive electrification.
