摘要
Delamination significantly undermines the integrity and performance of composite materials, impacting their application in engineering structures. This comprehensive review synthesizes current research on the mechanisms of delamination in composite materials, with a focus on identifying critical factors contributing to this failure mode. It also examines recent advances in detection, prediction, and mitigation strategies. Key findings include the identification of manufacturing processes, moisture absorption, and mechanical loading as primary initiators of delamination. Additionally, innovative methodologies for delamination prediction and prevention are highlighted, showcasing advancements in experimental techniques and computational modeling. This review underscores the importance of understanding delamination to enhance the durability and reliability of composite structures. This analysis aims to guide future research directions and inform the development of more resilient composite structures.
