摘要
A commercial process for ganaplacide phosphate (1), a promising next-generation antimalarial agent, has been developed to support clinical and commercial needs. The process features a cost-effective synthesis starting from commodity chemicals, enabling easy access to the drug substance. The final commercial process consists of five proposed regulatory GMP steps with isolation, resulting in an overall yield of 60.8% starting from the regulatory starting materials.
