摘要
In order to detect the defects of TFT LCD screens automatically, an optical system based on multi-camera imaging was established. The structure of TFT-LCD module and the causes of defects were analyzed, and different optical modules were designed to detect different types of defects. Then, according to the inspection requirements, the optical analysis and design selection were carried out. Finally, the trend chart of detection curve of TFT-LCD module defect detection system in actual production line was given. The experimental results show that for TFT-LCD screens of mobile phone with 3-8 inches and HD, FHD or 2K resolution, the comprehensive misdetection rate of the proposed detection system is 0.88% and the inspection rate is 7.89%, which can meet the defect detection requirements of TFT-LCD modules on the current production line.
