ABSTRACT This study retrospectively evaluated the effectiveness and safety of ultrasound (US) fusion imaging‐assisted microwave ablation (MWA) for focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) in 13 patients. The patients included seven with large nodules (≥ 50 mm) and six with small nodules (< 50 mm). Both technical success and efficacy rates were 100%, with no local tumor progression (LTP) or major complications observed during follow‐up. There was no significant difference in efficacy and safety between the large and small nodule groups. Additionally, 42.9% (3/7) of large nodules were treated with a single antenna for MWA.
