摘要
Micro‐LED display technology is widely recognized as one of the leading candidates for next‐generation displays. Despite its potential, the high cost associated with large‐scale transfer processes and the challenges in achieving mature full‐color capabilities have impeded the commercialization of advanced micro‐LED products. Patterning perovskite nanocrystals represents a promising approach to addressing these challenges, particularly in enabling high‐resolution, full‐color pixels for micro‐LED displays. This review paper aims to provide a comprehensive overview of recent advancements in perovskite nanocrystal patterning technologies tailored for micro‐LED applications. Key methods examined include photolithography, inkjet printing, microfluidic‐based approach, laser processing technique, and micropore filling strategy.
