The 11th International Seminar on Fire and Explosion Hazards (ISFEH 11) marks the continuation of a distinguished 30-year legacy, following successful editions in Oslo (2022), St. Petersburg (2019), Hefei (2016), Providence (2013), Leeds (2010), Edinburgh (2007), Londonderry (2003), Lake Windermere (2000), and Moscow (1995, 1997). Over time, ISFEH has grown into one of the most prominent international forums for the exchange of knowledge and advancements in fire and explosion science and safety. ISFEH 11 was held from 15 to 20 June 2025, at the Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering, Sapienza University of Rome, under the patronage of Sapienza University. The Seminar brought together researchers, engineers, and professionals from around the world, fostering interdisciplinary dialogue and presenting cutting-edge research on fire and explosion hazards. This volume includes 91 peer-reviewed papers, selected by the Scientific Advisory Board with the support of expert reviewers. Authored by 290 contributors from 24 countries, these papers reflect the wide range of topics addressed at ISFEH 11, from fundamental studies to applied research and industrial practices. The Book of Abstracts, published separately, offers extended summaries of these contributions and serves as a useful companion to these full proceedings. In addition to the technical papers, this volume also includes the abstracts of the five plenary lectures, delivered by internationally recognized experts whose work has significantly shaped the field: Professor Vladimir Molkov, Ulster University, United Kingdom Dr. Franco Tamanini, formerly FM Global, United States Professor Akiko Matsuo, Keio University, Japan Professor Michael A. Liberman, Stockholm University, Sweden Professor Albert Simeoni, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, United States We would like to express our deep appreciation to all authors, reviewers, session chairs, and participants whose contributions made ISFEH 11 a success. We are also grateful to the following institutions and companies for their generous support: Sapienza University of Rome, Italy ANKO TRADING, Poland Delfin, Italy FM Global, United States Ilsap, Italy Finally, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the members of the Local Organizing Committee for their tireless efforts in planning and delivering the event.
