. In conclusion, our results provide new insights into the molecular link between autophagy and apoptosis that involves a FOXO3a-mediated transcriptional mechanism. Importantly, our results may facilitate the development of therapeutic strategies for osteosarcoma patients who have become resistant to cisplatin therapy.
