1,2,3-Triazole compounds, owing to their unique structure, not only bind efficiently to biological targets but also exhibit outstanding stability and solubility, demonstrating broad-spectrum biological activity. Although biological systems struggle to generate molecules containing adjacent triazole rings, advances in "Click Chemistry" have successfully enabled the selective synthesis of 1,2,3-triazoles. This breakthrough provides critical technical support and propels progress in related research. Currently, 1,2,3-triazoles have become a research hotspot in the pharmaceutical field, but their exploration in pesticide development remains relatively limited. Therefore, this review summarizes their derivatives' application in new pesticides over the past 20 years, elucidates their properties, activities, and structure-activity relationships, explores future directions, and aims to provide theoretical references for new triazole pesticide development.
