Relative Elements Influencing the Salary of the University Staff

Relationship of the total staff salary with such elements as their age, length of service, departments, academic credentials, major titles, administrative poss, teaching quantities and research funds. A random sampling was used to survey 596 of the staff in a comprehensive university and the elements influencing their salary were analysed. The paper makes the conclusion that their major titles have the most influence on their salary.
