Discussion on the Theory of Reasonable Expropriation Compensation

The existing standard of expropriation compensation is somewhat lower, and the rights and interests of farmers is suffering violation.The standard of expropriation compensation is waiting for enhancement.This paper analyzes the theory basis of the proposal that expropriation compensation is waiting for enhancement,proposes the theory of reasonable expropriation compensation,and studies the theory of the value of collective land ownership shift,of the value of land development rights and of land value assignment between countryside collective economy organization and land contractor.The paper provides the theory basis for enhancing the standard of expropriation compensation and for the reasonable expropriation compensation.
