Experimental Study of Bioactivity of Three Kinds Bioceramics

Objective: To study the influence of three bioceramics (hydroxyapatite,bioglass ceramic and hydroxyl polycalcium soduim phosphate) on cell proliferation, and try to find a new experimental method to evalute ability of osteointegration of HPA etc, and the biocompatibility of implant materials on cell level.Methods: The psolated rat osteoloects and fibroblasts were inoculated onto specimens of HA,BGC,and HPA for 3,7 days.Proliferating rates of cells on different materials more wcaminod by cellls ceunting directry. Results (1)For the same materals,the fibrohlast proliferation rates was faster than osteoblast. (2) The osteoblast proliferation rate on hydroxylpolycalcum soduim phosphate was the fastest in three kinds Conclusion: Hydroxylpolycalcium soduim phosphate has better cytocompatibility and could form osteointegration early. The method of cells counting directly can be used to evnluate the biocompatibility of implant materials.
