Natural deep processed food is a type of food which meets its process control and quality standards,whose primary materials meet Nuisanceless Argo-Food Standards,free of organic synthetics and with naturalness≥99.3%.The significance was discussed of the construction of a producing and supervising system for the production of deep processed natural food.Detection methods were put forward for degree of naturalness of food based on isotope technologies.Approaches were expounded for natural food additives and natural deepprocessed food were expounded.
