Discussion of pure cotton yarn sizing capability on the single yarn sizer

This paper briefly introduces the sizing principle and mechanism of single yarn slashing machine which is used in sizing single yarn.Through sizing experiments of 32Ne,40Ne and 60Ne yarn on single yarn sizing machine and on warp ends sizing machine,the paper compared the sizing quality of the yarn sized on these two sizing machines with a detailed discussion about the sizing capability of high count pure cotton yarn on single yarn sizer given.
