摘要
Based on chemical composition analysis of Cornus wilsoniana fruit oil,and adopting the new alkaline ionic liquid to catalyze the Cornus wilsoniana fruit oil,the synthesis technology of bio-diesel from C.wilsoniana fruit oil catalyzed with 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide(\OH) was studied.The results show that C.wilsoniana fruit oil was an ideal biodiesel feedstock,and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide(\OH) is a new catalyst with high activity and stability.The optimal parameters of bio-diesel processing were determined as follows: molar ratio of methanol to fruit oil,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time were 6∶1,0.9%,60℃ and 70 min,respectively.Under these conditions,the yield of mixed methyl ester was up to 96.42%.The ionic liquid\OH could be reused for 6 times without any disposal and the yield of mixed methyl ester remained above 90%.
