摘要
The growth and survival situations of Portunus trituberculatus in water with different salinities(0, 5‰, 10‰, 15‰, 20‰ and 25‰) were studied. The results showed that the different salinities of water influenced growth and survival rate of Portunus trituberculatus significantly; the optimal water salinity for Portunus trituberculatus growth was 20‰ or 25‰, with which, the growth rate was the fastest, and the survival rate was the highest, and the weight gain rate and survival rate of Portunus trituberculatus reached 179% and 100%, respectively; when water salinity was 10‰~20‰, the growth rate of Portunus trituberculatus was relatively fast with relatively high weight gain rate, but the survival rate was not high; when water salinity was less than 5‰, the aquaculture efficiency of Portunus trituberculatus turned to bad obviously, and the survival rate was only 45%, which not had economic value for aquaculture.
