Study on Contents of Gastrodin in Different Parts of Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow

[Objective] The study aimed to determine contents of gastrodin from different parts of Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow.[Method] HPLC in Ch.P.was adopted.[Result] The content of gastrodin in different structures of Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow was stele cortex epidermis.The content of gastrodin in different parts of Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow was segmentum middle piece segment inferior hilar spot bractea.The contents of gastrodin in the stele,cortex,segmentum and middle were higher than the average.[Conclusion] Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow was a superordinary breed variety.Scientific basis was provided for the further development of the resources of Gastrodia elata Bl.f.glauca S.Chow.
